Nomad / __PENDING_SIRET__ ("we", "us") operates nomadrust.dev and the Nomad software. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Waitlist signup: email address (stored on our server in France). License activation: license key, machine ID (hostname + machine-id), IP address. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics.

How We Use Your Data

Email: to notify you about product availability and send license keys. Machine ID: to enforce seat limits. IP address: for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We never sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

Data Storage

All data is stored on an OVH VPS located in France (EU). SQLite database with no external replication. Data is retained until you request deletion.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact us at hello@nomadrust.dev to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

Voice Transcription

Voice transcription runs entirely on your local machine via Voxtype/Whisper. No audio data is transmitted to our servers or any third party. We have zero access to your voice data.
