Last updated: February 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nomad software and nomadrust.dev website, operated by Nomad / __PENDING_SIRET__.
Acceptance
By using Nomad, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License
Nomad grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of machines specified by your license tier. See our EULA for full license terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; share license keys with unauthorized users; use the software to build a competing product; circumvent license verification.
RustDesk Integration
Nomad works alongside RustDesk (AGPL-3.0). Nomad is a separate proprietary product that communicates with RustDesk through log monitoring and IPC only. No code linking occurs.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. License verification requires periodic internet access (7-day offline grace period).
Limitation of Liability
Nomad is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
